As a valued subscriber of Retirement Planning Center's New Comparability and Cash Balance Systems, we would like to notify you of the upcoming maintenance activities on November 13, 2022 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM Central time. During this period, both web applications will be inaccessible. All system will be back and running immediately after the scheduled activity.
In addition, we wish to inform you that we will be performing data cleanup of old records created prior to 1/1/2019 during this time. All affected records will be removed from the databases. We strongly suggest to personally remove your old records from the system beforehand. Otherwise, remaining records affected will be permanently deleted from our databases.
