How to change Security Question

 

 

From the Home page, select  button

 

 

For an admin account user:

 

 

1.It will display the Retirement Planning Center User Directory.

 

2.From the User Directory lists, select a User account.

 

3.Select [User Profile] button, it will display the User Profile Update Form.

 

 

4.Click the "Change Security Question" option.

 

5.A message will be displayed prompting that the selected user will be required to choose Security Question and Answer the next time she/he logs in (Note that this message is applicable if you are updating other user account).

 

6.Select [Continue] button.

 

 

For a regular user:

 

1.It will display the "User Profile Update Form".

 

2.Click the "Change Security Question" option.

 

3.A message will be displayed prompting to select or enter your new Security Question and Answer.

 

4.Select [Continue] button to save your changes.
