Change Security Question

The security question serves as an additional level of protection for the login process such as your password and information.

This is also used to restrict the access of your account if you are signed in elsewhere.

1.From the Home page, click on the  button.  It will open the User Directory page.

2.From the User Directory list, select a user that you want to change the security question.

3.Click on  button.

4.It will display the "My Profile" form.  Click the "Change Security Question" option.

5.A message will be displayed prompting that the selected user will be required to choose Security Question and Answer the next time she/he logs in (Note that this message is applicable ONLY if you are updating other user account).

6.Click on the  button to proceed.
