My Profile (Sponsor Manager)

The "My Profile" of a Sponsor Manager directs to the User Directory page.

The User Directory page is used to display all the users associated to the sponsor group/company.

COLUMN                                 DESCRIPTION

Login ID                                   The login name used by the user.  This is the same as the email address.

Last Name                               The last name of the user.

First Name                               The first name of the user.

Sponsor Name                        The sponsor/company name of the user.

Status                                       The status of the user.

Failed Login                             The total number of failed login attempts of the user.

Last Login                                The last access date when the Cash Balance system has been used.

Registration Date                    The Cash Balance registration date of the user.

You can also filter the User Directory list by:

•Login ID

•Last Name

•User Type (Regular User or Sponsor Manager)

•User Status (Active or Deactivated)

•Locked User

Make sure to click on the  button to display your preferred filter to the User Directory List.

            Click this button if you want to display all the users in the User Directory List.

    Click this button if you want to edit a user.

    Click this button if you want to unlock a user.
